Soft skills sell - our workshop focuses on the role of intercultural competences and would therefore serve as a think pool, an overall brain storming for representatives of the European aeronautic and defence industry, representatives of the Hungarian Space Board and its partners in the Hungarian Government, representatives of Hungarian higher education with regard to a prospective partnership with Chinese institutions. This workshop precedes a technical conference planned to be held in summer 2007 where the faculties of Budapest Tech present a multidisciplinary approach to a programme of higher education meeting the manifold demands of this industry branch.
For the prospering and worldwide operating European aeronautic and defence industry soft skills such as the factor language or intercultural key competences are decisive in the global coordination between technics, research, education and the spheres of competition. Budapest Tech, under the Bologna-guidelines has already established a platform orientated towards the skills driven instruction of European students guaranteed by the implementation of tasks on demand of our partners within the industry. Running parallel with Hungary becoming a member of ESA, Budapest Tech can invisage a multidisciplinary educational programme for the specific demands of the aeronautical and defence industry The fruitful cooperation between respective partners on the Chinese market may be mutually beneficial to all parties, that is to say education, research and industry. Der geplante Workshop hat zum Ziel, im Rahmen des im Arbeitstitel umrissenen Ansatzes eine umfassender angelegte internationale Fachkonferenz (erste Hälfte 2007) vorzubereiten.
Der Workshop soll im Vorfeld dazu beitragen, die Funktionszuweisungen, Aufgabenfestlegungen, Zielsetzungen, Erwartungen, Konditionen, etc. einer umfassenden, marktorientierten Kooperation zwischen Vertretern der europäischen Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie und entsprechenden Hochschuleinrichtungen vorzugsweise auf dem mittel-osteuropäischen Markt abzuklären. Besondere Bedeutung kommt den unterschiedlichen Soft Skills, Schlüsselkompetenzen und dem Faktor Interkulturelle Kommunikation zu für global koordinierte Zusammenarbeit von Technik, Forschung, Lehre und Markt bspw. in Form konkreter Ausbildungsverträge, Kooperationsleistungen, Nachwuchsprogramme, etc.
Der anstehende ESA-Beitritt Ungarns und die Profilierung der Budapest Tech im Zuge des Bologna-Prozesses, einschliesslich einer Fokussierung auf intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern auf dem chinesischen Hochschul- und Bildungsmarkt, bieten ideale Voraussetzungen für eine markt- und praxisnahe Synthese von Bildung, Forschung und Industrie.
Hierzu sollen Vertreter von führenden Einrichtungen aus Industrie, Wirtschaft und Lehre die Gelegenheit erhalten, ihren Standpunkt darzulegen und vorhandene Erfahrungen einzubringen.

A tervezett workshop célja, hogy a munkacímben megemlített téma keretén belül elõkészítsen egy átfogó nemzetközi konferenciát (2007. elsõ félév).
A workshop azt szeretné elérni, hogy az európai repülõgépipar és ûrkutatás képviselõi és megfelelõ felsõoktatási intézmények között tisztázza a funkciók hozzárendelését, a feladatok meghatározását, a célkitûzéseket, elvárásokat, kondíciókat, stb. mindenekelõtt a közép-kelet-európai piac vonatkozásában. Különös jelentõséget kapnak a technika, kutatás, oktatás és piac globálisan koordinált együttmûködéséhez szükséges különbözõ soft skillek, kulcskompetenciák és az interkulturális kommunikáció tényezõi, pl. konkrét képzési szerzõdések, kooperációs szolgáltatások, utánpótlás-nevelési programok, stb. formájában.
Magyarország küszöbön álló belépése az ESA-ba és a BMF profiljának a bolognai folyamat keretében történõ kialakítása – ideértve az a kínai felsõoktatási és képzési piacon tevékenykedõ partnerekkel történõ együttmûködésre való összpontosítást – ideális feltételeket kínálnak az oktatás, a kutatás, valamint az ipar piac- és gyakorlatorientált szintéziséhez.
E célból az ipar, a gazdaság és az oktatás vezetõ intézményei képviselõinek alkalmuk nyílik álláspontjaik és meglévõ tapasztalataik bemutatására.
