This is a guideline in .doc format. Authors are kindly asked to submit their paper through electronic paper submission system. Papers sent by email are not acceptable. To submit your paper please log on to electronic paper submission system. Before final paper submission use  to ensure that your paper is IEEE Xplore compatible. If your paper is not created totally similar to IEEE format and requirements, it will not be included into IEEE Xplore database after the conference.Authors get Conference ID individually by e-mail in the notification letter in order to login IEEE PDF eXpress site. |
