Registration
The registration is completed if you
* filled in the online registration form below (open from July 20 till August 1),
* arranged the registration fee payment by wire transfer until August 1,
* submitted the final paper until August 1 the latest.
Only one paper can be included into the proceedings by paying one registration fee. For including any paper in the proceedings, it is necessary for at least one co-author to be registered and the registration fee has to be paid in advance until August 1, 2019. Author's second paper costs EUR 20/page.
All paper must be presented either in oral session or in poster session. If a paper, included into the proceedings, fails to be presented any way at the conference, all authors of the paper will be bar out from paper submission to conferences of the organizers in the future, and the paper is removed from IEEE Xplore database, however IEEE holds the copyright, so the paper can not be published somewhere else.
According to GDPR rules, all participants must register before the conference. It is not possible to replace a co-author, colleague, mate without registration.
Registration strictly means that the person who filled in the online registration form, must attend personally at the conference, and he/she can not be substituted by anyone else.
Noone can take anyone else's badge or conference kit.
Registration Fee
The registration fee is EUR 350 (HUF 115.000,- for Hungarian participants)
IEEE member: EUR 300 (HUF 100.000,- for Hungarian participants)
Student: EUR 280 (HUF 93.000,- for Hungarian participants)
Accompanying person: EUR 150 (HUF 50.000,- for Hungarian participants)
Extra pages (above 6) and author's second paper costs EUR 20/page.
The registration fee covers the cost of conference kit, proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks and social events (Welcome party, Banquet) during the conference.

Any additional expenses pertaining to banking operations are not included in the registration fee and must be covered by the registrants.

Online Registration
Everyone who plans to attend at the conference is kindly asked to fill in the online registration form and arrange the payment as well. Registration is essential to receive conference kit and badge, otherwise noone is entitled to participate.
