Call for industrial sponsors

The aim of the organizers is to provide a high-quality event, a supportive environment for the committees, which may also receive a little treat. For that reason, we are reaching out to the industry, those feeling responsible for the domain. Sponsorship is brought down to three categories:

• Exclusive sponsor of the event: “Platinum grade” (max .1, excusive)
• Main sponsor of the event: “Gold grade” (max. 1)
• Sponsor of the event: “Silver grade” (max. 3)

Expected contribution at Platinum grade: 20,000 EUR, covering all lunches to the delegates on all working days, two evening receptions (Thursday evenings) and the catering for the workshop. Also a welcome pack and small giveaway to the delegates. Expected contribution at Gold grade: 10,000 EUR, covering two lunches, two evening receptions (Thursday evenings) and the catering for the workshop. Expected contribution at Silver grade: 2,000 EUR, covering two evening receptions (Thursday evenings).

Benefit for sponsors

Becoming a partner to the ISO/IEC working group meeting, responsibly shaping the future of robotics. Sponsors will be displayed on the website of the event, in the press releases (two pieces, scheduled right before and after the event), presence on all relevant printed and electronic materials, according to their category. Featured in the delegates’ booklet.

• Silver grade sponsors will be given the opportunity to present briefly to the delegates at the dinner (15 min) and to attend the workgroup meetings as observer (pre-registration is necessary).
• Gold grade sponsors (above the Silver benefits) will be given a presentation timeslot at the Medical Robotics Workshop, be able to put up their visuals in the room (poster, molino, etc.) and can address the delegates specifically at the beginning of the meetings. Upon request, may organize a guided company tour for people interested (Friday afternoon, July 28.)
• Platinum grade sponsors (above the Gold benefits) will be able to join all the programs (pre-registration is required), have exclusive access to the benefits, able to provide their own materials in the welcome pack. Exploring future, unique opportunities for cooperation with the university and the working groups.
