Authors are welcome to submit original and unpublished paper and attend the 14th IFAC Symposium on Advances in Control Education (IFAC ACE 2025) to be held on June 17-21, 2025 in Budapest, Hungary.
It provides a forum where researchers and practitioners in control education will present their latest research, results and ideas, including new knowledge and alternative approaches in education.
Advances in Control Education brings together control engineering academics from all disciplines. It combines the research areas of education with the subject of control engineering. The conference showcases state-of-the art online tools for education, benchmarking problems and investigative studies on teaching control engineering. The pandemic has affected the way control is taught around the globe and an increased interest in the discipline of education should follow. The 13th edition of ACE in Hamburg had shown that lot is changing in the field and lot of questions appeared in the topic. After three years the education moved a lot to interactive presentations, higher demand to project work, industrial applications, online tools and education platforms. The symposia will move to higher number of interactive presentations and panel sessions, and software presentations with respect to: - Industrial demos, - academic – industry collaborative spaces, tools and demonstrations, - open educational resources.
